250g of cherry tomatoes

1-2 big tomatoes

old white bread

a handful of olives

some arugula

For the dressing:

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tsp balsamic vinegar

salt

1 small clove of garlic

How to:

Preheat a middle-sized pan to roast the bread which should be cut into cubes or break it into little pieces. Peel the garlic and mince it. Add a little oil to the preheated pan and roast the bread until it is golden-brown. Take the bread out of the pan and let it cool. Afterward,  add the oil of the dressing and the minced garlic into the pan.

During this process, you can cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and the bigger ones into a similar size. Put the cut tomatoes into a bowl or on a plate and top it with the olives, arugula, and the toasted bread.

Mix the olive oil with the golden roasted garlic, the balsamic vinegar, and a touch of salt to a dressing and pour it over the salad.

There you have a super delicious and unusual salad to impress your friends and family with it.

Tip: You can top the salad with a creamy balsamic vinegar and a few leaves of basil.

Have a nice and tasty day,

Laura
