Hey Taste-Explorer,

this time you get two recipes for a melon punch, one with alcohol and the other one without. Both are great drinks for your garden party to impress with a super delicious punch.

What you need (with alcohol)

– makes 6-8 glasses

400g watermelon (pure fruit pulp)Zutaten alk

½ L white wine

½ L sparkling water

250g Strawberries

15g powdered sugar

75 ml white Rum

Mint leaves

Ice

How to:

Cut the washed strawberries into small cubes and put them into a box with a lid. Add the powdered sugar and white rum to them and let them sit for 1 to 2 hours in the fridge.

The peeled and cut watermelon into smoothie-maker or a mixer to puree them. If there are still little pieces in it, sieve the puree and put it into a large bowl or glass.

To finish the drink, add all the other ingredients and stir until it is completely mixed.

What you need (non-alcoholic)

– makes 6-8 glasses

400g Watermelon (pure fruit pulp)Zutaten anti

½ L Mango juice

½ L sparkling water

1 Mango

Mint leaves

Ice

How to:

Cut the peeled and de-stoned mango into little cubes and set aside.

The peeled and cut watermelon into smoothie-maker or a mixer to puree them. If there are still little pieces in it, sieve the puree and put it into a large bowl or glass.

Put all ingredients into the bowl you serve it and stir through.
