When you grill a watermelon its taste and sweetness gets more intensive. This sweet fruity taste combined with the sourness of the salty goat cheese is really delicious.
What you need:
¼ of a watermelon
100g goat cheese
A few walnuts
Preheat the grill to 250°C and oil the roast with a heat-proof oil like refined rapeseed oil. Cut the watermelon into 2-3 cm thick slices. Put them on a grill for 3 minutes per side.
During this time cut the goat cheese in thin slices.
Put the grilled watermelon on a plate, place the goat cheese on top. Sprinkle the walnuts on top and drizzle the honey over the plate.
