the last lunchbox is full of vegetables and because of that full of energy. The preparation is super fast and is a good alternative to your usual lunchbox.

125g cream cheese
10g chives
10g parsley
5g onion granules
½ tsp mustard
Salt or herbal salt

 
Vegetables of your choice fullsizeoutput_39e(I took celery, cucumber, and paprika)
1 egg
40g camembert

How to:

Chop the chives and parsley and mix well with the cream cheese, onion granules, mustard, and salt.

Cook the egg for about 7 minutes and then peel it when it’s cool.

Cut the Camembert into bite-sized pieces and the vegetables into stripes.

Put everything in a snack box and a healthy lunchbox is ready.
