the last recipe of our one-pot week is an Asian noodle pan with shrimps. It is a very simple, quick recipe and therefore perfect for the sometimes too stressful daily life.
What you need:
100g wok noodles
100g oyster mushrooms
50g snow peas
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
50ml coconut milk
200ml of water
In a pan, heat the oil and add the finely chopped garlic, and ginger. Fry it until it’s lightly browned.
Put the noodles in the pan and add 150 ml of water. Add soybeans, coconut milk, soy sauce, and salt.
Halve the snow peas and cut the oyster mushroom into strips. Both are added to the simmering noodles and cover the pan with a lid.
If the water has been taken up by the noodles, cost one if they are soft enough and if it’s necessary, add the remaining water in the pan.
Slice the contents of the pan on the side and sauté the shrimp on the free surface until they are through and mix with the remaining noodles.
When everything is well cooked, add the chili flakes, if you like it spicy and serve the dish.
