Hey Taste-Explorers,

this breakfast recipe is really simple and you don’t need many ingredients!

What you need:

30g Vanilla Protein Powder

70g Skyr (a yogurt from Iceland)

2 eggs

30g melted butter

1 mashed ripe banana or shredded apple

How to:

Mix all ingredients together and put the mixture into a waffle iron and bake it.

Serv it with some slices of banana.
